Job Description:
· Strong technical experience between 10- 12 years on Microsoft .NET, SQL Server and JavaScript framework and libraries.
· Strong communication and inter personal skills.
· Ability to look at the bigger picture and understand the business value of applications and scenarios.
· Good exp of latest technologies, design and architecture patterns. Strong preference will be given for people with good knowledge of Html 5, TypeScript, KnockOut, Require JS, Durandal, Gulp/Grunt, EcmaScript 6.
· Must have worked in onsite-offshore model
· Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing efficiently.
· Love working with new and emerging technologies (opensource, etc.
· Working in a fast-paced, evolving, growing and dynamic environment.
· Excellent collaborator with strong communication skills.
· Comprehend the requirements of each project by conferring with clients in detail
· Create an outline of staff requirements and go through them in detail with the client
· Look through existing workforce pools to determine which candidates will fit the clients’ needs perfectly
· Coordinate interview dates and times and interview possible candidates for each position
· Equally comfortable with business and technical discussions
· Ability to handhold and groom junior team members
· Excellent articulation skills
