Role: Software Design Engineer 4 (Lead)
Duration: Long Term
Location: Redmond, WA
Skills Required: T-SQL, ETL, Power BI, C#, Kusto
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience with SQL Server. Expert level TSQL knowledge required.
5+ years’ experience designing and implementing scalable ETL processes including data movement (SSIS, replication, etc.
2+ years’ experience with cloud computing platform services.
2+ years’ experience with data visualization tools (Power BI
2+ years’ experience with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS
2+ years’ experience with C
Experience with Kusto a plus.
Strong scripting skills using PowerShell or similar language.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Years of experience required:
The sponsor is look for someone with 5 years of experience in the following.
Programming background in C#/C++, SQL and scripting languages.
Rock solid understanding of software engineering and testing best practices.
In-depth understanding of server performance, stress and scale testing is a definite plus.
Passion for testing and solving difficult engineering problems.
Experience with cloud (Azure) enterprise-scale service infrastructure is preferred.
Experience with web technologies like IIS, WCF, is a plus.
Passion for gaming. We need candidates that really want to be here at Turn 10 making games.
Passion for data. The candidate’s experience needs to be primarily data related (data pipelines, ETL, ADF, SQL, Kusto, Cosmos, etc
Experience with Azure cloud service development.
