Role: Lead SharePoint Developer
Location: Pittsburgh PA
Need experience with Sharepoint Online and O365
Seeking a lead developer role with sound development skills and can follow standard Agile development methodology.
· Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
· Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
· Work closely with team’s current SharePoint Architect on collaboration and idea sharing
· Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
· Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop and test
· Assist with clarification of user stories.
· Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation.
· Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
· Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
· Package and support deployment of releases.
· Work with teammates in the migration of legacy applications to current Microsoft technologies.
· Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
· Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
· Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale.
· Share with team members and other affected parties.
· Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
· Provide clear communication to peers, Project Manager, Architect, and Client
· Provide third-level support to business users.
Skills:
· Possess 5+ years as a lead SharePoint developer
· SharePoint 2010/2013 farm solutions
· SharePoint Online and O365 – migration from SharePoint on-premise to cloud preferred
· SharePoint Architecture
· SharePoint 2013 App/Add-In Model
· .NET, SOA
· Web Services, WCF, REST, etc.
· Nintex Forms & Workflow preferred
· Must communicate clearly with both written and verbal communications
