Lead SharePoint Developer
Onsite in Phoenix - no remote

LEAD DEVELOPER , WILL NEED TO BE ONSITE IN PHOENIX. CAN DO SKYPE INTERVIEWS THEN GO TO PHOENIX.
Starpoint will provide a team of SharePoint developers, administrators and testers to analyze the current set of requirement for the purpose of migrating, remediating or converting the group of existing SharePoint implementations to SharePoint Online.
* Client is converting their environment to Rackspace''s cloud/hosting services and need to have their SharePoint environment migrated to that platform
* Not all components will be able to be migrated directly. Some will need to be remediated and modified to operate correctly in the SharePoint Online
The scope of this initiative is to provide expertise in assessing, designing, migrating and transforming specific SharePoint implementations to a standard SharePoint Online implementation.
The main objective for the design is to:
1. Transform the current set of functionality in a set of fewer site collections,
2. Assess the current sites for duplicate functionality and remove and redesign them into a single common implementation
3. Work towards removing all custom applications/components by finding a comparable solution in the native SharePoint stack
4. Analyze and recommend how to use native workflows, to minimize, as much as possible, the use of any custom workflows
