Job Description :
Responsibilities:

· Provides technical and project management expertise across multiple areas of application development

· Leads developing functional solution architecture & design, application and integration development best practices, enterprise architecture standards, environment management, testing, and Force.com platform approach.

· Design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements or user stories and Welk’s coding standards

· Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as required

· Investigate operational or systematic problems and user queries as required

· Work closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction

· Communicate effectively and clearly, in writing and verbally, in one-on-one and group presentation situations

· Strong ability to effectively mentor junior developers on technology

· Train new system users

· Work within an Agile Scrum or Kanban process

· Assists in other duties as needed and directed

Required Qualifications:

· Must have 10+ years of professional work experience in a Software Development role

o 4 – 5+ years in Salesforce programmatic development (Apex, Lightning, VisualForce)

o 1 – 3+ years in Lightning component development experience

o High Proficiency in

§ Writing Apex classes, test classes, Salesforce APIs, Batches, Web Services

§ Declarative development (i.e. – security, object configurations, custom tabs, custom fields, picklist values, role based page layouts, workflow alerts and actions, workflow rules and approvals, validation rules, custom reports and report extractions to various formats)

· Leadership experience as a team lead and/or architect

· Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns (separation of concerns and various approaches to implementing programmatic solutions)

· Developer certification required; Advanced Developer and any Architecture certifications are a plus

· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

· Demonstrated experience of working effectively as part of a team

· Experience in agile is required

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work under own initiative
