Lead a team of SOA developers as they build out the SOA layer to replace interfaces from PeopleSoft and other enterprise applications across the organization Communicate the SOA platform capabilities and operating model to potential customer departments within the organization
Required Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a similar program from an accredited institution.
Prior experience leading a technical team.
Prior experience with Oracle ADF, Oracle BPM, and/or Oracle WebLogic.
Detail-oriented individual with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional management communication and presentation skills Prior experience leading a team of SOA developers and deploying SOA as an enterprise platform Ability to work on multiple projects and handle competing priorities while meeting project deadlines.
