Person with at least one or two years hands on experience with IBM ICM (Incentive Compensation Management
The person should be able to understand and analyze requirements (insurance and annuity), design, configure, code and test the changes to ICM system (version 9
He/she will also need to work in tandem with India based resources in delivering value to the client through their migration journey to ICM.
Contribute in requirements elicitation, creation of application architecture document and creation of design artifacts; deliver high quality codes, support activities related to implementation and transition; interface with internal team and key stakeholders; analyze and resolve issues to ensure high quality deliverables at each stage of SDLC.
