Description :
Liaise with the US stakeholders, Technical Leads and Accion offshore teams
Sr developer with solid experience developing in Python.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring and leadership for Accion offshore developers.
. Assist and/or lead technical design initiative for complex solutions.
Implement or leads the implementation of complex solutions with minimal technical debt. Develop solutions that are easy to deploy, maintain, and are bug-free.
Develop unit tests for own feature areas in solution to achieve established code coverage targets.
Ensure areas in solution are test-driven designed, enabling efficient regression testing.
Works with team and QE to review, resolve code conflicts and merge stories (features/enhancements/fixes) onto the Main branch for Staging/Production deployment.
Collaborate with team to ensure we deliver on committed development milestones as per plan and documentation.
Works with team and QE to ensure we are following JIRA and Github standards and processes.
Lead technical demo and reviews with the team.
Tools and Technologies:
Python (must have)
Strong understanding of HTTP, RESTful web services, and API contract design
Experience working with Agile teams.
Experience working with offshore and/or remote team members.
Preferred:
Understanding of other object-oriented languages such as Ruby, Golang, Javascript or Java
