REQUIREMENT :


Lead Mobile PM- Dallas ,TX - 12Plus Months Contract - Prefer “ LOCAL” Candidates if Possible .
*Candidate MUST be on W2 eDataforce Consulting LLC *

Lead requirement gathering effort — partnering with customer-facing product owners, operations team, vendor management and other stakeholders.
Ensure prioritization and scope to maximize our software development investment, with an eye to customer-facing product priorities as well as future platform investment.
Promote best practices for Mobility Device Mgmt. technologies and architectures.
Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
Understands building for scale, and the vision that re-usable services in our platform architecture will enable us to derive new products with a much shorter time to market.
Leads backlog grooming to decompose stories and enable estimation.
Translates product road map into detailed requirements.
Establish and maintain relationships with business clients to ensure that their needs are articulated in business and technological terms.
Create and maintain a plan using Project Management tools and report weekly progress based on the plan.
Deliver projects on time, on budget, with deliverable of high quality.
Work in a fast-paced, hectic, dynamic and high-energy market segment.
May work with multiple delivery methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile/SCRUM, hybrids)
Triage issues across multiple systems and drive technical issues to resolution.

Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science from a good school, with GPA of 3.5 or above.
PMP/SCRUM Certification is preferable.
Minimum 15 years of IT experience and 10 years of project management.
Experience leading medium to large scale high performance teams that deliver highly complex functionality.
Self-starter.
Excellent communication skills.
Team player.
Disciplined organized professional.
Strong written and oral English communication skills.
