Third Eye Software has immediate openings for accomplished problem solvers, who excel at using mixed technologies, to Lead teams of 3 - 10 developers in a highly collaborative environment. You will take the lead in driving software solutions that have a direct impact on our client’s profitability. You will need to understand the big picture, but relate to details enough to interact and motivate your developers. If this is you, and you have 6+ years of Java experience in an enterprise environment, then read on!

You have the technical know-how:
6+ years Java experience, working in mixed technologies in an enterprise environment
5+ years experience with Enterprise Java projects in teams with more than 5 developers
5+ years REST/SOAP Webservice implementation experience
Proficiency in JDBC, JNDI, SQL
Experience with large enterprise-scale relational databases (Oracle, DB2, Sybase)
Understanding of Spring Batch and other asynchronous processing frameworks
Some familiarity with modern front-end technologies like HTML5/CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS, Jasmine, Spring MVC, and Node.js
Proficient in a Linux or Unix based environment
Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Pipeline Experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in technology
You also excel at the following:
Demonstrating leadership skills with code reviews, mentorship and product administration
Inspiring developers to write quality software
Decomposing complex problems into smaller workable components
Possessing an attention to detail and building quality designs, while performing under pressure
Driving technical talks to introduce new technologies to your team
Defending your decision in large, diverse groups
Working in a highly collaborative Agile development environment, which includes daily standups, user stories, and test-driven development
Interacting with product owners to help drive technical aspects of product development
Collaborating with business partners, QA and other technical teams to meet company objectives
