Required Skills:
Should have the capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Hands on experience in applications using Java/ J2EE, EJB, Hibernate, Spring Batch, Spring MVC, Spring Portal.
Demonstrated proficiency working with databases - Oracle 11g and TOAD for Oracle.
Expert in JSP, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, DWR, jQuery, Bootstrap, and cross-browser compatibility.
Expert in IBM SOA, WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal Server and IBM HTTP Server.
Expert Experience in designing and deploying BPM workflow solutions using Adobe Live Cycle and Adobe AEM.
Hands-on experience in designing and deploying BRMS using Corticon Business Rules Platform.
Experience on version control systems such as Tortoise and CVS.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability present to both technical and business audiences.
Experience in the transition and transformation of large complex software solutions.
Desired Skills:
Experience participating or leading projects using an Agile methodology.
Understanding of NC’s Medicaid Uniform Screening Tool (MUST) system
