Must have 3 years of LEAD experience.
Require Java developer with 10+ years of experience with experience in Retail Banking domain for their Card Services division.
Required Skills/Certifications:
· Be responsible for full-cycle web application development using Agile approach:
o Idea generation and high-level vision creation
o Solution design and documenting, proposal
o Development, testing, and Production launch
o Expertise in
o Technologies: Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Restful Web Service, JMS, JSP, Junit, XML
o Development Tools: Spring Tool Suite, Eclipse, Apache Tomcat, IBM Websphere, Maven, Gradle, SSH
o Databases: IBM DB2, Microsoft SQL
o OS: Windows, Unix, Linux
o TDD/BDD
· Coordinate work with other developers to deliver first-class technology solutions in a positive, fun, yet challenging and deadline driven environment
· Process & Soft skills Agile delivery Great communication & collaboration skills
· Great team player
· Ability to mentor Junior Developers
