Java Lead/Designer/Developer
SUMMARY
Our client is currently seeking a Lead Application Engineer to support the Field Compensation solutions. This position will accountable for designing, developing and supporting a variety of software applications.
The primary responsibilities for this role will be focused on designing, building and supporting automated solutions which support field compensation and agent administration capabilities across multiple distribution channels. It will entail working with new and existing systems on numerous application and database platforms, primarily Java, but will also include Informatica ETL.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Six or more years of applicable experience designing, building and supporting software. applications and integration solutions.
Experience working within an Agile framework (ideally Scrum
Experience mentoring, training and coaching more junior staff.
Demonstrated leadership on medium and large-scale projects impacting strategic priorities.
Java Object Oriented development.
Experience with Spring tool suite - Spring Batch, Spring Boot
RabbitMQ
Informatica ETL and batch processing systems.
Integration development experience.
Experience building and leveraging REST and SOAP services.
Docker or other container management experience.
Hibernate
NoSQL (Mongo)
DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server database platforms.
