Position - Lead IT Architect (Identity & Access Mgmt Space)

Duration: 6-12 Months

Notes from the Manager:

- Right to Hire position

- Preference is to go with candidates that do not require sponsorship

- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access related space, PREFERABLY working with RSA’s Identity
Governance & Lifecycle tool (also called IGL, G&L, Aveksa), or Sailpoint. Other tool experience is OK, but I really want
someone who can hit the ground running at an Architect level

- On-site 75-100% of the time. We’ve tried to address this using remote resource. It doesn’t work as well for this role.

- Yes, I generally start with a 30 minute Technical-only phone screen, then a face to face or Webex (video required)

TOP CRITERIA:

1) FULLY experienced in Identity Management space; Best Practice, Industry Trends, experience with and working
knowledge of acceptable solutions. This role will guide my team to sustainable, supportable, STANDARD, best
practice processes, will review and document required changes for existing process, will architect solutions for all
new process requests (not within standard), will guide team through strategy/roadmapping, and will make
recommendations for other approaches/tools based on his/her breadth of knowledge.

2) Ideally this candidate has DEEP experience with RSA’s Identity Governance & Lifecycle tool (also called IGL, G&L,
Aveksa), or Sailpoint and

3) Candidate has Architecture experience; can communicate at a deeply technical level with team/engineers, but has the ability to speak appropriately, in laymen’s terms, to non-technical and leadership resources.,
