Currently, we are seeking a Lead .NET Developer to work at our Raleigh, NC location.

Position Description:
The Lead .NET Developer is responsible for designing, developing and troubleshooting high performance, Dependency Injection technologies to meet the company’s strategic objectives.
Adhere to Infosys .NET development frameworks & best practices.
Develop an in-depth understanding of .NET architecture and frameworks.
Maintain and contribute to product platform as necessary.
Develop database stored procedures and SQL scripts / ETL jobs that meet database standards, in order to implement product requirements.
Maintain and support products that are released to stakeholders and customers.
Build consensus among different teams working on software development projects.
Facilitate discussions among other .NET and Database Developers to exchange new ideas and improvements.
Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends and best practices that can be used to strengthen technology platform and development practices.

Basic Qualifications:
4 years of experience as a .NET Developer.
Experience designing and developing using Object Oriented Design principles, and software design patterns.
Previous experience leading a team of junior Developers.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a Healthcare SLR / Provider Registry environment.
Master’s Degree.
