PCH is currently seeking a Senior .NET Developer to help define and implement technologies and frameworks to .Net projects and web applications. PCH is always expanding our web sites and mobile applications to give our consumers a richer game-playing experience. We are also expanding our Big Data initiatives, and our ability to track events in real-time in order to provide our customers with a more personal and targeted user experience. This encompasses all platforms (traditional Desktop, Mobile, Tablet, Social Media, etc)
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Design, develop, and implement .Net frameworks for team use (hands-on coding)
• Collaborate and interface with Marketing leads, Product Owners and/or Technology teams to help drive technology approach and solutions within an Agile/Scrum framework
• Implement Agile best practices, such as TDD, CI, Automation Deployments, Unit Testing best practices, Test Automation, Pair Programming, etc.
• Collaborate on infrastructure and release deployments/instructions
Must Have Skills/Experience:
• Bachelors Degree required
• Experience in Agile Application Development & Scrum methodologies
• 5-7 years experience using C#, .NET Framework (through 4.5)
• Design Patterns: MVC, Dependency Injection, Decorator, Factory
• Data Access Libraries: ADO.NET, Entity Framework (or any other ORM framework)
• Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), RESTful Web Services, Experience developing WebAPI
• UI Development: HTML, DOM, XML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax
• Telerik Kendo UI
• TFS, Debugging tools, SQL Management studio (through 2012)
• Agile Methodology/Scrum Framework
• Automated unit testing, Mocking, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration.
Nice-to-have:
• Automated JavaScript unit testing
• Feature Toggling
• ReSharper
• Experience in building / maintaining admin website
• Experience in API versioning
• VersionOne (Agile Platform)
• Message Queue and Pub/Sub frameworks and services: NServiceBus, MSMQ
