Hours: Standard Business hours but available for incident management and maintenance windows periodically

Responsibilities:
Support external customers, remotely and occasionally on-site, on multiple public cloud platforms.
Work with customers and internal teams to manage the onboarding of their computing environments as the SME representing client in public cloud.
First point of contact for handling customer issues, providing guidance and recommendations to increase efficiency and reduce customer incidents.
Develop tooling and processes to drive and improve customer experience, create playbooks, and provide mentoring on customer related issues to lower level Cloud Engineers and support.

AWS Engineering primarily however will need Azure Candidates after we fill AWS roles
AWS or Azure Certified Certifications: Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, MCSE/MCSD (required or exam scheduled before hire date
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related technical field required and 7 - 8 years of experience.

Preferred Skills: (NICE TO HAVES)
Kubernetes
Proficiency with Python, PHP, or Ruby.
Experience working in a containerized environment (Kubernetes/Docker/LXC
Relevant technical certifications around Red Hat, MySQL, etc.

Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related technical field required and 7 - 8 years of experience.
