Job Description:
To enhance the well-being of New Yorkers by transforming health and human service delivery through coordinated business practices, modernized technology, and strategic partnerships.
Under the direction of the IES BA/QA Deputy Director, oversee and provide technical advice, guidance and support to the IES Business Analyst and Quality Assurance teams. Direct the establishment of standards and processes for Business Analysis and Testing, and assist in the selection of methods and tools. Collaborate with stake holders to identify and establish methods supporting implementation of identified business process improvements and compliance requirements. Lead internal and multi-agency planning sessions. Mentor less experience team members (state employees)

Candidates should have at least 84 months experience and a majority of the following should apply:

1. 84+ months experience in performing requirements gathering and business analysis, producing written documentation of requirements; process flows, and use cases. #of months 30
2. Minimum of 60 months researching and analyzing complex issues surrounding the systems of an organization and providing recommendations on system and process solutions. #of months 25
3. Minimum of 60 months managing and mentoring a team of 3+ junior business analysts. #of months 25
