Job Description Summary This position will lead a team of Business Analysts whose primary objective is to help key business stakeholders implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way. This role requires coordination and collaboration between teams to determine the requirements of a project or program. The team is responsible for translating complex business objectives into technical solutions and clearly communicating these to stakeholders, project team members and senior management. Critical to this role will be broad knowledge of business processes, systems, and solutions.

Leadership & Development
Establishes and implements individual and team priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure completion of responsibility for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Provides training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members.
