Job Requirements:
BS in MIS or CS or equiv trade-off in related education and related professional work experience.3 1/2 years work experience in IT with the most recent 24 months work experience as a Business System Analyst or equivalenttrade-off in related professional work experience within the last 3 years with demonstrated achievement and progressive responsibilities.
High level of proficiency demonstrated in a business environment with the last 3 years in at least 4 of the following:Applicationdevelopment life cycleModern business solution design and development practicesCurrent Microsoft developmentenvironmentWeb Application Development and Cloud TechnologiesBusiness application support of internally developed andvended solutions within the CMFG architectureService and API development, SOA
Demonstrated superior working knowledge of application development concepts in a multi-platform computing environment,including application development life cycle, n-tier development, object oriented design, etc
Demonstrated breadth of knowledge of information technology concepts and deep expertise in application development in atleast one business system area, including business application, information and/or technical architecture design experience.
Demonstrated good judgment and reliability
Demonstrated skills in translating business requirements into technical design, initiative planning and organization for medium to large size initiatives and providing leadership to a team of developers.
Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate business and technical information, both verbally and in writing.
Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service.

Independently performanalysis and design, and translate the business requirements into technical design and architecture. Lead self and others in writing newprograms (or vendor package integrations) or modifying existing programs (package configurations) to meet the business needs, utilizingcurrent standards and methodology. Act as Primary Contact for production systems, responsible for resolving any production issues thatarise during normal business hours as well as off-hours. Lead self or others in resolving production problems through problem resolutionand root cause analysis.
Retains detailed knowledge of applications and business processes they support through initiatives and supportactivities. Test and debug programs thoroughly to ensure a high quality system delivery. Learn the business processes and develop strongrelationships with the business clients/partners. Proactively seek out process improvements. Lead three or more developers.3.
Identify and describe this positions most complex duties and challenges or problems. Understand global requirements,evaluate existing systems (vendor packages or existing in-house solutions), develop alternatives, present recommendations and designsolutions.

Essentials Skills:
Team lead (Business System Consultant): Hands-on Senior Developer & Onsite coordinator.
Must have: 5+ years’ experience in .NET, SOAP/REST Web services, Messaging, JSON/XML/XSD/Schema, SQL Server, PL/SQL, Azure experience (VM, API Management, ESB, DevOps
Very good in .NET basics + advanced.
High productivity & good work ethic
Desired Skills: Insurance Domain experience
