Role – Onsite Lead
Location: Fort Myers Florida
Duration: 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with retail customer in planning, delivering support related tasks
Should be first level contact for L2 and L3 support
Work with offshore team in providing operation and application support
Assign and track issues to closure
Work with SMEs in resolving/clarifying issues
SLA reporting and governance activity
Skills required:
Experience in technologies - ATG, BCC, Java, J2EE
Retail domain experience
Exposure to Incident and Problem Management, Service Level Reporting, Order Management System, Search engine, checkout, ecommerce flows
Strong in trouble shooting and debugging
Experience in Application Support and Maintenance
Behavioral Skills:
Should be strong in conceptualizing and problem solving
Structured thinking and decision making
Strong verbal and written communication with good exposure to working in a cross cultural environment
Ability to drive team to deliver application support tasks
