Requirements:
IT Software Development - 9+ years
AEM - 5+ years (Design AND Develop AEM Components, integrations, templates, widgets)
AEM Implementation at at least 2 client locations
AEM Lead Developer - 1-2 years (not just off-shore, should include on-shore, on-site, remote)
Java Development - 5+ years, (Including Java to customize AEM)
Experience Integrating AEM Analytics or Google Analytics with AEM - 1+ year (preferred)
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX - 5+ years
Web Services (SOAP or RESTful) - 5+ years
AEM v6.1 or v6.2 - 1+ years
MVC Frameworks (Sling, Spring, Struts or other MVC) - 2+ years
Unit Testing - 3+ years (Automated Testing Preferred)
Very Good English communication skills - must have
Strong Pluses:
Sightly - 1+ years
AEM Certified v6.0 or later
Experience working for a Digital Agency or on project with Adobe
