Job Description :
Rebooting or power cycling of an equipment.

· Resetting of sub-equipment by ejecting the device and re-inserting it.

· Reading serial numbers on the equipment.

· Relaying status of the equipment status indicators.

· Pushing a button or toggling a switch.

· Labelling equipment and cable connections

· Following pre-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for supporting and administration of the Lab colocation environment.

· Basic rack and stack of equipment (as per SOPs

· Moving, installing or securing cable(s) or customer internal cross-connects

· Help with inventory preparation and stock taking

· Shipping and handling of replaced equipment

· Providing support for all logistics services

· Monitoring of the environment and performing routine health checks
