1. solder rework for prototype boards – must be proficient with this skill

* Small SMD replacement
* BGA/QFN replacement with rework machine
* Cut/jump board mods

2. prototype logistics management

* Receiving incoming shipments
* Programming flash with automated scripts
* Basic debug of failed boards (assisted by R&D design engineer)
* Distributing/shipping prototype boards to other labs

3. certification test assistance optional, depending on skill.

* Running automated test scripts
* Capturing oscilloscope measurements
