Title: LTE Test Engineer
Minimum Education level: Bachelor''s degree in computer science and/or engineering with emphasis on telecommunications, wireless, electrical and electronics
Experience: 0-1 year of experience
Description
Work with Design and Product realization teams to come up with design solutions
Write the Design documents and Test cases documents for the solutions in the lab and production
LTE test and support for 4G LTE communication networks
Resolve assigned LTE defects.
Utilize ASCOM Automation tools to test different call scenarios in Wireless LTE/4G and Vo-LTE, acquiring network data and information.
System Performance Engineering for 4G/ LTE and Vo-LTE Network in field of Telecommunications
Prepare the Lab Engineering plan and leverage with lab teams to build the test environment in the lab
Involve in trouble shooting of the defects which are related to VoLTE and LTE call flows
Check the VoLTE and LTE call flows compliant to 3GPP specifications
Groom the team members on new product solutions and help them to understand the test scenarios
Participate in the design reviews and help the products teams to finalize the requirements
Track the project deliverables and provide regular reports to senior management.
Suggest areas for improvement in the testing and provide the possible solutions.
Works with Equipment vendors to define the requirements for the new solutions
Additional Position Requirements: A background investigation and drug test are required.
