Job Description :
                                                                             Responsibilities:
-Provide resolutions or recommendations on Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors) production issues related training completion, course access and enrollment, user login, and duplicate profiles, etc.
-Create courses and modify course configurations
-Setup and support new training administrators 
-Schedule and run reports  
-Review daily connector results and work with IT to resolve any issues/failures
-Review quarterly releases and go over new features and changes with team
-Participate in system testing of new features and regression testing
-Provide support on additional special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
 Minimum 3 years of hands on experience as an LMS administrator
 Experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS required
 Experience with Workday is a plus
 Strong proficiency with MS Office; advance MS Excel skill a must
 Ability to clearly articulate thought, actively listen, and share knowledge 
 Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a global, fast pace dynamic environment
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
