Job Description :
Experience: 8 to 10+ Years (Learning consulting and Implementation domain)

Skill:
Certified LMS Consultant (at least on one of the enterprise system)
SAP SuccessFactors LMS, SABA, CSOD, Sumtotal
LMS integration with Third Party system
Analytics (Raw Data analysis and presentation)
Web Tools and Technologies (HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript and Framework, J2EE)
E-Learning Course Content (SCORM, TINCAN, AICC)
Coordinating and working with offshore team

Responsibilities
Work on various stages of LMS implementation
Manage project execution and actively support all stages including sales
Act as LMS subject matter expert. Investigate and resolve queries
Tailor custom solution and present to the client or business stockholders
Facilitate discovery session to understand customer need and provide gap analysis report and recommendations
Conduct needs assessments of customer requirements, develop scope of work and supporting documentation, to include conceptual solution options, diagrams, workflows, business cases, etc to support a compelling winning solution.
Provide technical guidance to clients integrating to a SaaS solution. Maintain a deep knowledge of the aspects and complexities involved in technical data projects. Be able to guide clients to solutions.
Build POC - Configure and demonstrate the system

Qualifications
Must have technical and functional level knowledge on Learning Management System (LMS)
Mush have Working/Implementation knowledge on at least 2 different SaaS/Could application (SAP SuccessFactors, SABA, Sumtotal, CSOD)
Must have experience with complex integrations using ODATA, API, RESTFul
Must have experience in data migration and providing custom solution depending on source and destination
Must have experience working in Life Science Domain with Validated Learning Management System – vSaaS and familiar with IQ, OQ, PQ protocols.
Must be familiar with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance. Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures
Must have experience integrating HRIS with LMS
Must have experience integration document management system with LMS
Must be familiar with various workflows of HRIS (SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft) and LMS
Must be familiar with Agile Project implementation methodology
Must have experience on responding to RFPs
Must have experience on leading discovery sessions with the client to understand the gaps and base requirements
Must have experience on documenting business process and the requirements
Must be familiar with Content Integration and development process
Should be familiar with Open Source tools and platforms (PHP, MySQL, Moodle, Drupal)
