Job Description :
Work closely with System Admins, Product owners and NOC Technicians
Act as lead triage agent in Application Support for internal product and numerous 3rd party applications during outage events
Taking ownership of Operations and Infrastructure service requests
Lead on technical Systems tools and utilization.
Monitor automated systems and branch systems
Support software deployments through completion and ensure the systems are up to date on patching and vulnerabilities.
Monitor all core systems to maintain system up time
Designing and implementing processes to ensure high availability of all systems and take immediate control of production problems and drive them to resolution
Documenting internal support processes and procedures
Leading, coordinating, documenting and participating in key process improvements
Implementing and enforcing system and data security measures
Working closely with all teams in technology on projects of all scopes, including complex and cross ¬ functional efforts
Lead efforts associated with identifying and resolving customer issues.
Work with system owners to implement needed changes

5+ years of experience with Systems Engineering
Must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently and with a team in a highly customer - focused environment
Must be technically conversant with Server and Network issues
Must understand SLA''s (Service Level Agreements) and where applicable discuss and review them
Bachelor’s degree in technical field; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of monitoring technologies\methods relating to infrastructure, software and servers
Must possess a high level of comfort with debugging complex issues
Strong technical aptitude and problem solving skills are needed to perform this job successfully
