Kubernetes Developer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 6+ months

Role: Contract

* Min. 10+ years of Solid experience in Product Development life cycle on Unix/Linux Platform(s
* Good experience / understanding of virtualization & application virtualization technologies in Data Center environment
* Strong experience in API Management Tools ( development / REST or similar
* Strong work-experience in Open Source Technologies
* Solid Experience in building & deploying applications & data in any Public/Private Cloud Technologies like AWS, Azure or GCP
* Experience in Continuous Integration & Development Processes . (jenkins, maven, nexus), source code control systems like Git, SVC
* Proficiency in Golang or C++ or Python Programming languages
* Hands on experience in Containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, development of micro services.
* Good understanding of System Architecture, processors, Storage & networking
* Strong interpersonal - communication & problem solving skills
* Experience in Configuration management softwares like Ansible, Chef or Puppet
* Good knowledge of core security principles.
* Good Knowledge of Fundamental networking / LB technologies DNS, LB, SSL, TCP/IP, HTTP, HAProxy, Nginx etc
* Experience in delivering SaaS based solutions or Cloud based services.
