Job Description :
I have a client located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL that is need of a Kronos WFM consultant. The consultant will provide solid subject matter expertise for Kronos WFM. Define blueprint, design and work on the solution to adopt WFC configuration and interfaces to the new business processes.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Working in the HCM work-stream project
- Involvement in the analyses, design, configuration, testing and implementation of solutions.
- Kronos WFM v8 configuration and testing for:
o Workforce Time Keeper
o Workforce Employee
o Workforce Manager
- WIM program and interface enhancements
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Support the company’s safety program.
- Support the company’s harassment-free work environment policy.
- Support company of Business Conduct
- Conduct other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 6+ years’ Kronos WFM and WIM
- Experience with full life cycle WFM implementations
- Experiences state specific time requirements
- Willing to learn and work in a team.
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in specific discipline. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Continuous sitting, typing, writing, vision and hearing (or modified communication)
- Frequent walking and talking
- Occasional bending or stooping
- Work environment is office atmosphere, quiet conditions.
