Required Skills:
Ø (8-10)+ years of relevant industry experience.
Ø We''re looking for a candidate who is very strong in configuration (70%) and has decent (not too weak) knowledge in WIM (30%
Ø They should be able to take a change request or feature request to keep the business running and drive it all the way through requirements gathering, solution design, configurations, customization (if any), code review, functional testing, user testing, and launch.
Ø Most of the CRs/FRs is small to medium size changes that typically have a 40 - 60 hour turnaround time.
Ø For the Kronos configuration aspect, they will need to have deep knowledge of Kronos configurations and how to leverage those for designing solutions to compliance and operational requirements.
Ø For WIM knowledge part, if the change request requires a code change, they will have to modify existing code. Hence will be able to move forward quickly if they are familiar with WIM and KNX/KNI programming.
