Strong proficiency Workforce Management HCM in retail. Other industries an added advantage. In Depth Knowledge on Workforce Management Products with working experience on multiple packages. Specialized knowledge on one package should also suffice. Strong Solution led Consulting capabilities to drive Package evaluation and Roadmap definitions exercises for Workforce Programs.
