We have an Immediate Kronos Developers Opening One of Our Client WA.

Background:
The client is currently live on Kronos WFC v6.3 globally for a variety of modules including but not limited to Timekeeping, Attendance, Scheduler, Analytics, among others. The existing Kronos system has a population of around 700K employees and is highly customized. They are about to upgrade to WFC v8 and are in the process of building the team that will  be doing the v8 upgrade. Because of this they need to hire consultants to build this team. They need consultants who are excited to join a team that is ready to attack a very complex upgrade project.

Project:
This Kronos Technical Developer needs to be very strong with Kronos from a technical development perspective. They must have experience writing SQL, PL SQL, as well as experience with interfaces. This person must have experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM

This person should have basic table knowledge and should have experience joining tables with SQL. While 100% of the work they will be doing is technical, they should know how the application works.

This consultant will be hands on 100% of the time. They need to have completed several Technical FLC’ s of Kronos. This person should have Kronos upgrade experience. The person must understand the technical aspects of Kronos and interfaces to third party payroll systems as well as ERP Payroll systems such as PeopleSoft. Without hands on technical development experience, the candidate will not be a good fit. This

They will perform gap analysis to determine the Kronos suite'' s system configuration and development changes. They will also create detailed technical design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation as necessary. They will develop scalable and efficient interfaces, custom reports, and other programs needed to solve business requirements. Enforce SDLC process so that timely and quality delivery is achieved.

Candidates will need experience in HR or Payroll systems design, development, and support. They will also need experience with Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) or similar data integration tool. They must have a proven ability to apply best practices to the software development lifecycle based on experiences with a number of agile and blended approaches, as well as effective coordination of implementations across teams using very different approaches.

Candidates must have very strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications with an emphasis toward highly available and scalable global solutions. Strong communication skills with diverse customers and audiences, across multiple disciplines and teams.
