Job Description :
Position: Kronos Consultant
Kronos Version 8 solid experience
Proficient in time and attendance module
Proficient with integration of HR/ADP systems into Kronos
Familiar with union labor workforce
Proficient configuring clocks, devices and device groups, data collection
Proficient in Kronos WFC integration methodologies including use of XML APIs, XML Imports, web services and standard import tables
Familiar with record retention setup and maintenance
Familiar with configuration of function access profiles, display access profiles, navigators, hyper find queries, genies, labor levels and employee groups
familiar with WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) and Interfaces
SQL and Windows server
