Job Description :
Kronos Consultant for a client in the Middle Tennessee area. The ideal candidate will have extensive Kronos system experience as well as strong MS SQL and development skills. Duties of the position will include managing and assisting teams with security administration, technical support, application support, and development and testing of enhancements/upgrades. Extensive knowledge of the Kronos system and previous experience with large-scale software implementations are a must. Any exposure to Kronos cloud would be a huge plus. This role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams at once.


Required Skills:
Must have 3+ years of extensive Kronos development Experience
Ideal candidate will have experience with Kronos Time and Attendance
Knowledge of other Kronos modules such as human resources, time keeping, labor management and payroll system of record platforms
At least 2 years of software support experience
Must have experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and configuring Kronos Clocks (4500) using WDM
Must have experience with large scale software implementations
Must have experience working with internal teams and external partners
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work within a team-oriented environment is a must


Desired Skills:
Kronos cloud experience preferred
Experience with Kronos Accruals and Attendance modules preferred
Knowledge of activities, mobile, analytics and other Workforce Central modules preferred
Kronos implementation experience preferred
