Kenan Consultant with vast experience implementing billing solution in multiple Telecom clients in US.
Conduct and participate in requirement gathering sessions covering all Billing functional areas.
Responsible for product design and coming up with Billing component matrix.
Provide alternate solutions for fitgaps and finalize the right solution discussing and getting agreement from all the stakeholders.
Ensure all billing business processes are taken care from solution perspective.
