position : K2 Support Lead

1. User role administration
2. Communicate any down time with stake holders
3. Clarify the issues from end users / workflow status by communicating with development team
4. Coordinate with Sr. developers in delivery team to close the issues within SLA.
5. Updating the KEDB.
6. Suggest ways to reduce the defects as per RCA
7. Application health check
8. Communicating various status with stake holders
9. Participating in DR exercise, capacity planning, auditing etc.
10. Triaging the issues/tickets & coordinating with development team.

Expertise in K2 Blackpearl with around 7 years of REX,
Working knowledge of MS SharePoint, MS SQL, experience in application support, Monitoring and Capacity planning
