Cisco, Juniper professional certifications like - CCNP, JNCIS/ JNCIP

Primary skills: Strong hands on with Network break-fix experience in either Cisco or Juniper (If the candidate is good at Cisco, we can train in Juniper or vice versa)

Secondary skills: Working experience with ISPs, Telecom carriers and Remote hand techs (Which requires strong communication and written skills), Basic Linux/ scripting user level knowledge.

Strong on BGP related basic configuration, concepts of BGP.

Strong on Bundle configurations, and troubleshooting issues.

Strong on basic link troubleshooting, Fiber optics Interfaces.

Strong on RMA related work , principal vendors.

Should have exposure working with Telecom carriers, ISPs to fix the day to day issues
