Job Description :

Responsibilities:
Administer SCM tools, processes and services
Adhere to SCM processes, policies and procedures
Perform Software Builds to support of development projects
Release software to target environments based on project schedules
Advise project teams on SCM best practices
Analyze and troubleshoot problematic builds by working with development teams
Create SCM plans with project teams to include branch/merge strategies.
Research and deploy updates to SCM systems in support of team needs
Proactively engage project teams to perform server configuration analysis
Develop scripts for server configurations as code under version control
Analyze Applications Servers and advise teams regarding configuration drift

Skills:
Support/administer SW Version Control Systems (One+ year of experience desired
Tool: GITHUB Preferred
Support/Configure SW Build systems (One+ year of experience desired
Tools: Team City and Nuget Preferred
Code Deployments to target environments – Test/Development/Production (One+ year of experience desired
Tools: MS Deploy and Octopus Deploy preferred
Server side scripting languages (One+ year of experience desired
Tools: PowerShell and Ruby preferred
DevOps Experience (One+ year of experience desired
Capabilities: Technical coordination and collaboration between SCM, Technical Services, Security, DBA and Network teams.
Change Control Board Experience (One+ year of experience desired
Capabilities: identifying and resolving dependencies and conflicts in deployment schedules
