RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform thorough analysis of business needs/requirements in order to build a system that best meets the goals.
Quickly and efficiently design and implement in an agile environment
Leverage cutting-edge technologies to build great applications
Meet with stakeholders to define new/additional features
Actively share knowledge and responsibility with other team members and teams
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2-4 years of industry experience with Java
Front End and Back End Web development experience using the web browser technology stack (Java and JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML , etc in a fast paced publishing environment
Web application development utilizing Spring frameworks
Excellent analytical, problem solving and technical and analytical skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals from data structures and algorithms to high-level design patterns
A commitment and drive for excellence and continual improvement and a strong sense of adventure, excitement and enthusiasm
Bachelor's degree (CS, EE or Math preferred) or equivalent work experience as well as interest in a fast paced, complex, multi-team environment
