Junior Designer
Location: Indianapolis IN
The Junior Designer will work under the direction of the Visual Designer within the Business Unit IT UX team.
Responsibilities
* Use established design systems, design guiding principles, best practices and brand guidelines to design deliverables needed to support our brands across web, banner, email and other media.
* Produce new digital assets or redesign existing assets.
* Engages in collaborative reviews to brainstorm concepts and mock up designs
* Applies feedback from leads to hone skills and improve designs.
Basic Qualifications
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage work/deliver on time.
* Experience in typography, photography editing, and illustration.
* Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch
* Some experience in multimedia and interactive functionality of digital products is preferred
