Job Description :

Reports into the OCIO and an OCIO’s IT PMO

The person can come from any industry but financial services preferred. They must have strong comm skills, writing etc.

The Associate BSA models business processes, derives requirements and maps detailed business rules to system functional component descriptions under the direction of more senior staff. The Associate BSA will participate in projects from the Business Requirements review phase, working with the project team and product management, to analyze the requirements. This involves reviewing business requirements and documenting functional specifications details for review by senior functional staff. This position provides support to team members by elaborating the necessary details for projects. The Associate BSA analyzes business processes and supports testing. The Associate BSA must possess good communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate business processes into functional specifications.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in application development and system analysis preferred.
