Position: Jr. Project Manager
Duration: Long term
Location: Boston, MA
The Candidate is expected to work as Jr. Project Manager and assist the Sr. Program Manager in Middle Office Operations with end-to-end knowledge and Work Experience of 8 - 10 years. The projects predominantly involve migrating Middle Office operations, currently sitting in the Asset Management Company or another vendor and move them to the client. Candidate is expected to have previous work experience on end to end Asset Management functions in Middle Office.
Candidate is expected to be an expert in PMO and should have spent considerable amount of time and hands on experience in managing end to end global projects involving Middle Office function in Asset Management.
· Minimum of 4-5 years relevant professional experience in the Investment Operations arena of the Asset Management industry.
· It is essential the candidate understands end-to-end Product and Trade Life-cycle
· Candidate must understand the impact of Investment Operations services to its front office and has hands-on experience of being involved in the day to day activity or running of Investment management operations processes and controls.
Technical Skills
· Understanding of Project Management tool like MS Project , MS Excel, MS PPT, MS Word

· Strong Stakeholder Management, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills
· Ability to understand cultural nuances across other geographies
· Ability and willingness to ‘roll up the sleeves and do the work’
· Self-Motivated to drive critical projects

· Understanding of BUAT and CUAT Approach
Other Comments
· Candidate is expected to be flexible on working hours as conversion and testing activities which are part of global projects are often scheduled over the weekends.
· Of the project is executed for global locations, often there may be a need to participate in conversations at odd hours.
