- Salesforce testing experience is preferred but not required
Position Description:
We are looking for a tester to be part of CBMS testing team. Candidate should have a strong experience in software testing, quality assurance activities. The person will be responsible for testing Salesforce modernization of the CBMS system. This includes writing test cases and scenarios, executing scenarios, troubleshooting testing defects, conducting testing meetings for assigned projects, and using HP Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) tool to execute scenarios, track progress and log defects. Experience in the following benefits program areas is a strong plus: Medical Assistance, Food Assistance, Colorado Works, Adult Financial, Long Term Care, PEAK, and CCAP/CHATS/TRAILS.
Job Requirements:
1-6 years of experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) role
Ability to adapt and be flexible with changes and ambiguity
Demonstrates teamwork, positive team interactions, and proactively shares knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc
Support complex, high-impact, high-profile projects/programs
Create test plans, test cases and scripts; considers end-to-end system flows
Identify defects and recommend appropriate course of action;
Document, evaluate, and research test results for future replication
Requires sound, comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to guide and influence others; communicate and influence external parties
Bachelor''s degree and / or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills:
HP Application Life Cycle Management experience
Technical experience in any of the following areas: Salesforce migration, JIRA, SQL, XML, SOLR/PLAY, Dollar Universe, , HP UFT, AWS, LINUX, and Database changes.
