Job Description:

1. To professionally and courteously respond to Level 2 Help Desk requests through the use of e-mail messages, ticket updates and hands on support for the medical community including physicians, surgeons, Administrators, etc.
2. Handle one on one resolution to application complications like Multi Factor Authentication.
3. Investigate fraud or violation of Health Commerce security issues.
4. Review/Modify Security compliance policy and procedure.
5. Monitoring of ITSM queues when time permits.
6. Accurately document the steps performed when troubleshooting the issue and assist the user with resolution using existing procedures and documentation.
7. Installation of application specific software.
8. Create and maintain SharePoint pages.
9. Develop training materials for new employees and external users.
10. Backup unit Supervisor


1. 36 Months Experience on HelpDesk duties, taking calls, dealing with customers and taking Level 2 application related tickets. # of months?
2. 36 Months Experience of reviewing/enforcement of Security compliance policy and procedure. # of months?
3. 36 Months Experience documenting/writing training materials. # of months?
4. 36 Months Experience with hands on troubleshooting of hardware, Windows 7 OS and applications. # of months?
