Position:Jr. Desktop Services
Location:Lowell,AR
Duration:6 months

Primary Skills : Knowledgeable in Windows 10, Office 365,Outlook,or any Microsoft related software
Experience: 2-3 years desktop support experience
Responsibilities :
Provide ongoing support of first line contacts and resolution for end users via multiple communication methods by leverage decision making & problem solving skills, with a high level of customer service
Knowledgeable in Windows 10, Office 365, Outlook, or any Microsoft related software , Develop/Implement solutions for end user computing issues, with a high level of customer service , System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or like application knowledge, Build/Configure/Install workstation and end user device technologies , Knowledge of printer solutions/configure , Administer and perform computer and printer technology warranty tasks , Certification in vendor (Dell, Lenovo, or Lexmark) PC/printer to facilitate warranty support , Perform incident prevention activities by developing/implementing proactive solutions. These solutions may include communications with other teams
