Network/Operations - Help Desk Support II
Wilkes-Barre, PA USA
Contract

Troubleshooting and maintenance of End user and basic telecom equipment.
Preemptive maintenance of End user, telecom & basic IT infrastructure equipment.
Ensure all end user and IT documentation is updated.
End user training for new / existing applications when needed.
Work closely with IT security teams to ensure all end user stations meet the AV & Patch compliance requirements
Account management for user accounts including application accounts.


A+ and Net+ certification preferred.


Core hours of 7am to 6pm 5 days a week.
Imaging new PCs & laptops and configuring them for end user use.
Liaising with offshore support teams to ensure timely resolution of end user requests / issues.
Setting up Thin Clients and configuring them for end user use.
Working on Windows 7, Windows 10 OS.
Should have knowledge on setting up network and server with help of SMEs
