Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter
Duration of assignment: 6 months(Could extend up to 11 mos. and also could potentially turn FTE)
Location: Seattle WA 98109

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive technical recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation
Experience with a building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships

Preferred Qualifications
Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer
Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team

What is happening within your team to create this need?
We are adding another contract sourcing recruiter on the team to support teams that have over 30 hires to go in 2016 to hit HC goals.

What should the candidates expect during your interview process (phone screens, loops, etc?
1 or 2 phone screens and an interview with 3-4 people

What will the work schedule be for this position (ex: 8-5 Is there any potential to work remotely?
Flexible but would need to be in the office every day (or almost every day As long as they are here between 10-3 they can pick how early they come in.
I would prefer someone local and in the office full time but would consider remote for someone who is senior and can hit the ground quickly

Technical sourcing experience, experience working with ATS systems, experience working with clients

What will be the day-to-day activities for this role?
Source for tech roles- will be 4-5 skillsets and about 40 total reqs at any given time. They are responsible for meeting with the hiring team to define requirements and set SLAs, and then sourcing/screening/presenting the candidates. When the candidate gets to interview phase, another recruiter takes over. Will also be meeting with their business clients to do trainings, report out numbers, etc. Consultative environment
