Job Description:
Managing the overall project life cycle starting from prospecting, requirements gathering and analysis, solution design, development and deployment using Oracle Sales Cloud.
Managing customer expectations and relationship
Should help in business growth through pre-sales and sales support
Demonstrating though leadership through participation in various conferences and creating white papers Technology/Functional Skills:
Experience in Business Process Consulting, Problem definition, Technical Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
Overall CRM Implementation experience of 7 years
Experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Skills:
At least 2+ end to end project Implementation experience with functional and technical expertise in Oracle Sales Cloud Applications
Should have worked extensively on Sales Cloud process
Sales Force Automation including Lead to Opportunity Management, Territory Management, & Customer Data Quality Management etc.
Sales Incentive Compensation
Should be expert with Oracle Sales Cloud Extensibility Tools including Application Composer, and be able to develop customizations using the Sales Cloud extensibility tools, Groovy scripts, Object workflow customizations.
Should have worked in Multiple incentive compensation implementations and have in-depth functional and process knowledge in Sales Compensation
Should have configured various compensation plans and plan components and have working knowledge of creating expression, user defined functions, rate tables, etc in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation environment
Should be able to design optimized compensation plans as per client requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical for this role.
Consultants traveling must be from the East Coast or Central US.
