Job Description :
o manage and ensure that the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards.

(1) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls

(2) Raising risks| issues and escalation to senior management and customer

(3) To create all quality documents| collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities.

(4) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards

(5) To ensure process improvement and compliance| and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents

(6) To write code also as and when required.

(7) Capable of managing development/support for multiple applications.

(8) Should have a little knowledge on Securities lending and borrowing business.

UNIX/Linux [Primary], Sybase/Oracle, JAVA

Technical expertise - Java, Unix, RDBMS ( Sybase and Oracle ) and C

Hands on expertise on tools – TeamCity, UDeploy, JIRA, SQL Developer, Autosys, ServiceNow.

Ability to excel in a leadership role with good communication skills

Contribute to concept models, design and system architectures.

Build, deploy, and test application components in a development environment during the implementation phase working with all layers of the application stack

Create and maintain appropriate documentation during development.

Support/understand legacy applications as well as new development. Strong team player with "Get-it-done" kind of attitude.

Should be able to work independently with little supervision.

Exposure to Production support environment is mandatory.

Should have an experience DR (Disaster Recovery) and other Infra related changes (MQ Upgrade, Java Upgrade, Server Migration, etc

Coordinate with SIT and UAT teams and help them to complete testing before time.
